Mr. Chang, who graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, National Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences, served in Uni-President Enterprise Corporation including Engineering Department, Equipment Section at Sinshih (design team leader), Technical Group (Chief of Section, Beverage Factory Construction Team) and Technical Group in China (Assistant Manager, Engineering Department), held the post of the Vice General Manager of Technical Group in Uni-Splendor Corporation (joint venture of Uni-President), and is the General Manager of Kunshan Guan-Yi Technical Equipment Co., Ltd.

The professional:

Mr. Chang specializes in the turn-key design and planning of a beverage factory, for example, labeling machines and sleeve labeling machines for beverage production, packaging plants for beverages and foods, equipment for aseptic canning, environment-friendly facilities for energy efficiency, electromechanical equipment, technical consultation & installation, after-sales service, factory layout and planning, installation of pipelines and facilities for manufacturing processes, architectural decoration and upholstery, etc.

Having served in the design team, the new organization set up in 2006, Mr. Chang, who has been approved by most colleagues or contractors for his design skills, team work and performance, relies on his mature experiences in engineering for years to earn peers’ and consumers’ trusts and praises by distinguishing himself with his excellent skills for factory design and adhering to philosophy of “integrity first, orchestrated projects, high-efficiency performance, and superior service”.

To expand business and plan the future strategy of a company as required, Mr. Chang further founded Guan-Yi Technical Equipment Co., Ltd., a foreign-funded enterprise at Kunshan City, Jiangsu, in July 2007. As the base of an enterprise, the headquarters of the new company with the registered capital of USD one million is located in Zhoushi, Kunshan City, (address: No. 100, Youyi N. Rd., Zhoushi, Kunshan City) and contains lands (area: 2.786 hectares) and workshop buildings (area: 9000 square meters).
